Ragi Idli With Coriander Chutney


  • 1 cup ragi flour
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 cup curd
  • Salt 1 teaspoon or as per taste
  • 1/2 spoon eno
  • For chutney - 1 handful coriander leaves
  • 1 " ginger
  • 1/2 spoon cumin
  • 2 green chilli
  • 5-6 garlic
  • 1/4 spoon salt or as per taste
  • 1 spoon lemon juice


In a mixing bowl put semolina, curd, ragi flour and salt.

Put little water slowly and make batter without any lumps. keep aside for 15 minutes.

After 15 min grease idli mould with oil.

Add eno into the better and immediately pour into greeze idli mould and steam for 15 minutes.

For chutney - put all chutney ingredients in a mixer jar and make a fine paste.

Serve ragi idli with chutney.
