Heat oil in a wok, put cumin, green chilli and grated ginger fry them till pinkis in colour.
Now add onion and capsicum fry untill golden in colour.
Than add tomato, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala powder.
Fry untill tomato become soft.
Break the egg and beat well .
Add beaten egg into the masalas and scramble lightly.
Saute for 2-3 minutes and finally add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
Serve with hot butter pav.
