Aaloo Gutke With Roti


  • 5-6 potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 spoon turmeric
  • 1/2 spoon salt or as per taste
  • 1 spoon coriander powder
  • 2 green chilli cut into slit
  • 1/2 spoon red chilli powder
  • For roti - 1 bowl wheat flour


Boil the potatoes.

Peel and cut into 1" lengthwise.

Heat a pan put oil when oil is hot add green chilli, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and coriander powder.

Saute for few seconds than add potatoes and stir to make sure that the potatoes don't stick to the pan.

Cook for 5-6 minutes on midium flame.

Aaloo Gutka is ready.

For roti- put wheat flour in a big bowl and knead a soft dough with adding enough water.

Rest for 10 minutes.

Take roti size loi and roll them with rolling pin.

Heat a tawa put roti and cook both sides.

Serve hot roti with aaloo gutka.
